I received the same offer by mail and saw many reasons to be suspicious. I looked up the cell phone # and it is associated with 22 previous addresses! That's certainly not a good sign. A reputable company has nothing to hide, but this offer is not at all forthcoming from a reputable company; no name, address, offer details, etc. Too much cloak and dagger to merit a response. It is truly shameful the way so many ungodly people choose the life of criminals in these challenging times. You have to be on guard.

Received a mailer in the US mail addressed to my husband 2025 travel and adventure forum $1089 for round trip to airline tickets and 3 Day 2 night hotel stay with Marriott Hilton or Hyatt. Researched better Business bureau scams and saw that this is indeed a scam

I found this before proceeding or losing money, but after making an appointment for tomorrow at 6pm, to go to the Forum at 5140 American Blvd, Bloomington, MN 55437, where I am promised 2 airline tickets and a 3 day and two nights hotel stay at one of over 1000s of Marriott’s, Hilton’s or Hyatt’s, just for listening to a 90 minute presentation. I was guaranteed this over the phone and was ensured there would be no requirement to purchase anything.

I received a text confirmation from 1-727-403-3017 on my cell phone: “Hello, this is Kristen. I was just calling to confirm your reservation for tomorrow February 25, 2025 at 6 pm at the HILTON GARDEN INN located at 5140 AMERICÁN BLVD W, BLOOMINGTON, MN 55437 to pick up your air/ hotel vouchers and bonus gifts. If you could please respond via text to confirm or contact me back at 727-403-3017 so i can provide your confirmation number. Thank you”

I was already given a confirmation number over the phone when I made the appointment. I’m not responding to the text. This is where this ends for me. Hopefully this helps catch whomever scammed the other person(s).

Received a check like mailer. No business name is obvious, it's just titled 2025 Tavel & Adventure Forum. The check is actually a voucher for about $1000, which is for two airline tickets. The only official logo on this voucher is from Hilton Garden Inn. In the small fine print on the back of the "check" it says that this is "NOT A TIMESHARE". There is no return address or actual business name on this mailer. They try to invoke pressure by putting a very short due date of 5 or 6 days on the "check". Overall, it's a very deceptive mailing and may trick people into calling the number.

Note: I didn't supply the actual voucher number or full price in case the scammer uses it for tracking purposes.

Received a mailing that looks like a check for $1089 complete with watermark and endorsement lines. Title 2025 Travel & Adventure Forum, it offered 3 days, and 2 nights include round trip airfare. I did not call as I assumed it was some kind of sales scam.
