Told me I had won $250,000. Asked had I received a phone call from Publishers Sweepstakes. Said I had probably missed it. Kept insisting on me giving them my driver's license # to make sure they had the right person. Said his name was David Myers. I asked for proof that he was legit. He told me to hang up & he would call me back. He immediately video called me from [email protected]. He blocked out his face. He heard background noises in my house and asked was that my husband, which it was. I asked where he was calling from because I could hear dogs barking. He said they were security dogs. I immediately hung up. The initial call was at 2:02 pm. He called me back from that same number at 2:13 pm. I wanted someone to be aware of this. He spoke with an African accent.
