Cryptocurrency Scam

My husband was contacted by someone about a remote job and since I have been looking for one, he passed along my information. I spoke with a female by the name of Cecily and she said she is a trainer for 1stplace. She said the company is an APP optimization service. After a small training session, I was given $77 USDC in cryptocurrency. She said $101 USDC was needed to reset the tasks. I added the remaining $24 and ended up receiving $112.59 USDC cryptocurrency back after doing the tasks. Readded $101.99 in bitcoin back to the company to reset the tasks. Then got hit with a combination task that ended up bringing the account to a negative balance. Had to add $195 USD to bitcoin and send it over, which allowed the combination task to finish. That brought my account up to $308. I had to finish 40/40 tasks before I could withdraw the money. I got to 28/40 before another combination task popped up. It brought my account down to -$560 USDC. They are telling me that I have to add more money before it can continue and I need to do 40/40 to be able to withdraw the money. I contacted Customer Service to get the tasks rejected or just get a refund of at least the $195. They said they were unable to do so and it was not in compliance with company regulations. They also said that I was within normal working range. "Dear user, there will be at most three combined tasks in each 40/40 task, and the matching range of the combined task amount is based on 30%-200% of the balance in your account. The situation you are experiencing now is within the normal range. You only need to replenish the negative amount to complete the 40/40 task to withdraw all funds." When asked to speak with their supervisor, I was sent this message "Sorry, this doesn't comply with the regulations."
