Received a phone call from 1(951) 223-9490 telling me i was going to get served papers for a civil lawsuit. I owed $2200 on a citi credit card i could pay that in full or they coul take $100/month payment but the total amount doubled to $4400. I sent a $100 payment and a month later they took another $100 payment. Since i stopped payment and canceled my card they have gotten very aggressive and threatening
