Received a voice mail message that said “Hi, this is Lauren Carter from the underwriting department at elite resolution agencies an urgent alert just popped up on the system regarding your missed or past due filings possible outstanding taxes and other financial obligations with new relief options now and effect including the offer and compromise program potential reductions hardship loans and penalty waivers or elimination these matters are time sensitive deadlines are quickly approaching and I want to ensure you have the chance to address any issues before it's too late if left unresolved penalties collections or other enforcement actions could follow but a simple call might help you take control of the situation I have immediate access to review your file and confirm possible resolutions you just need to call me at 877-617-7746 and reference code PL 72K9R I'll be in the office until 7 PM EST again please call me right away at 877-617-7746 if you wish to opt out please call back the number on your caller ID…“
