They have called myself, my father and my husband numerous times stating they have legal paperwork they need me to sign. They also called me a different time stating they have a civil claim that was filed in there office from Discover card which I settled with 9 years ago. They did have my last 4 of my social security number which did alarm me. I did not confirm any information with them. They also called with a different number and gave me an email to send documents to [email protected]. The person told me to send the documents with title Michael Henderson and they would know what it is.

The person at they were trying to collect a dept for capital one they said my name and the last four of my social but I didn’t confirm. Once I said I don’t owe a dept and I pay my bill they hung up
