Suspicious letter from motor vehicle services with no contact details
Received a fake urgent letter about my Buick from a suspicious number.
I have never purchased anything extra from Carvana beyond the car itself. This is obviously meant to provoke me into immediate response due to me feeling like I am about to lose something. It's all fake. It's also printed like there is a check on the bottom, even though it says in small print it's not a check and not affiliated with my dealer. Seemed official.
Suspicious call about a warranty from 1(888) 965-2394
This is misleading and is interpreted as if a person does not call that number to activate this "protection" then the warranty will not be honored.

At the bottom, is a region that looks like a check with my name and address, suggesting service location at ‘Any ASE Certified Mechanic’
