I did not see a phone number on the SWISS airline's website, I so I googled for the number. I needed my Swiss air ticket re-issued due to a rebooking I made. I provided my name and the flight confirmation. I was told that I was on standby only, there was only 1 seat left and I needed to pay $689! After hesitation, I agreed and then the price went up $100, to $789, which after being put on hold, he went back to $689. I provided a cc#, then felt sick to my stomach. After I got emotional, he removed another $100. He even sent 2 emails to prove it was not a scam so I would release the fraud text to allow the transaction. Something felt wrong here so I locked my cc. I went back to the Swiss live chat, and they called me to process the $29 rebooking fee that they did not do originally. I googled again and found the correct phone number to call. I was so mad that I fell for this, wasted time, when it was NOT Swiss Air but an imposter. Now I need to get a new cc#, however I'm glad I followed my instinct.
