Received letter from 1(888) 788-4779 Home Warranty with a fake check-like "Allocated Waiver". No identifying info except the phone number to call in letter. I have uploaded a scan of both sides of letter. They included my lenders name and a property code I am not sure is valid. i am not sure what they are after but these kind of operations should not be allowed to exist and prey on unsuspecting individuals.
