Have received 1-3 letters/month since getting house. Outside envelope never has return address. They know my name and address. Say they are a home warranty, and it is about to expire-hmm for 4 months now and this will our final attempt. Smh. I dream. And another letter comes. They tie into the mortgage company I used, oh but at the bottom in small letters they claim not to be affiliated with mortgage company. Hmm. Upper left corner information on letter: Official Business. Penalty for private use $300. FORM 9550-WARR. Phone number 1-888-678-5131. Warranty department. I never called/contacted/solicited a home warranty. And they are endless in pursuit and need to be gone.
