Call received from unknown caller. Both my husband and I received the same call and left voicemail saying her name was Tracy and calling from the processing servers office with Hidalgo County. She said they were trying to serve my husband w/legal documents, but were returned from the address on file. In order to prevent failure to appear in court as well as any other future complications. He was to call 1-888-544-3052 and speak to attorney (Darcy Smith) in charge of his case #3736238CV. Automatically I thought it was a scam, so I called from another phone. They asked me for the case#, which I didn't give. I asked "where am I calling". They put me on hold for a long time and then the call dropped. These people are criminals and they deserve to be punished.
