I got a call from them and several others after clicking on an offer to get a health insurance quote. The deal was too good to be true and they wanted an answer right then and there. I got suspicious and took the contact person's name which was Judi Martinez at 888-419-5557. Be careful they appear very knowledgeable.

Member Services is a “call center” associated with First Enroll. Together they sell a medical discount plan that you pay for monthly. Member Services is a billing company, not the member services for First Enroll, as they claim to be. Both companies claim to partner with the national government healthcare marketplace and claim to connect you with a discount plan that will dramatically lower the amount of your monthly payments and can be used as an “HMO” “at any doctors office”. Not only is the patently false, but they are not recognized by Healthcare.gov and the government does not issue ANY health discount programs at all. When calling to cancel, you may end up speaking with “Natasha” or “Stephanie”. Both will be cordial until you request to cancel your plan. You will then be told that you will not receive a refund because “the Marketplace does not issue refunds.”

You are not a member with this agency. Please call 7328769733 to get this resolved also we are contracted with the carriers of marketplace. There is tons of agencies that enroll people into marketplace .gov plans. They would not know individual agencies. We have gap policies and MEC policies that work amazing for hundreds of thousands of people in the United States, we apologize that your plan did not work for you.
