I received two letters via mail stating my home warranty was expired and I needed to purchase coverage asap to void lapse in coverage. I refused to give called any information nor purchase a warranty, once I called them out as being scammers the caller became agitated and talked over me, wouldn’t allow me to talk, kept saying if o refuse this policy today they will add it to my mortgage and this will make my mortgage go up. I explained I was going to the police and he said go ahead 80% of America is calling the police. The gentleman would not stop , I eventually had to hang up.

I received a letter addressed to me at my Post Office Box. The letter had no return address, no website, no email address.

Postage is prepaid US Postage and says it is mailed from 63155 Permit 5497.

Phone number provided is 1-888-404-4504

Claims to be a final notice from a Home Warranty Division signed by a Wade Grant program director.

The letter urges me to call the number provided about my home's expiring warranty before it is too late. Claims it is urgent. The operating hours listed are CST. Uses the words failure, liable and too late to try and create a sense of urgency to call. Asks to "Please respond immediately by calling 1-888-404-4505"
