I received a final notice from 1(877) 854-9104 stating this company has been trying to contact me about my auto warranty. The letter was set up as urgent and contact them immediately before my warranty runs out. They had my personal information and the year make and model of my car. When I called them and asked if they were associated in any way with the manufacture of my vehicle they stated they were not and demanded the vehicle code in the letter. I refused to give out any information and told them I would be sending a complaint to the BBB. I then called my dealer and they stated they did not give out my personal information and many people call them with the same complaint.

I received letter in the mail. The sending party did not have a address on the letter. The letter said "official business penalty for private use 300 and form 9550-warr". The letter claims I need to call the number immediately regarding my Mercedes warranty. I believe this letter is a scam targeting me.

It states they've been trying to contact me and I'm not responding and failure to call them will result in a lapse of coverage and they reserve the right to revoke my eligibility for service coverage.

They sent me 2 letters. My first name was spelled wrong. It's about my vehicles warranty sent me cards with some of my cars info on it. Saying they needed me to call and verify my vin etc or I would get a penalty of 300$. No where does it say where it's from and that's not my agent that's on the cards. The cards also expire in 2 weeks. ??

Essentially says we need to contact them to enable our warranty for our vehicle and verify all the information is correct. If we fail to do so it may be canceled or not valid at their discretion.

I also don't know how my information is available since I gave it to only the dealership and my insurance company to get it insured. The only thing is, is that OnStar also has this information as well. We also got XM Radio for free on our vehicle but not sure they have the information or what information they have.

I receive mails listed only as Official Business regarding my automobile warranty. This is a warning that warranty will expire with a $300 penalty. The phone number is very correct with statement of saying that the call is recorded for quality and training and the number is promptly answered. The person answering gives business name as Service Department. I know this is not my auto manufacturer or my dealer. This may cause others to fall for a scam. I would like to know how my information is available. The only entities who would have my information would be the dealer, Division of Motor Vehicles, Personal Property Tax Office and insurance provider.
