I paid $1.00 to PropertyRecord.com to view the record of a home. I did not sign up for a subscription or any additional record searches. Three days later I was charged an additional $30.00. And the following month I was charged and additional $30.00. I called the number listed on the website and they immediately cancelled the unrequested subscription and along with a notice that I should receive refunds in 3 to 5 business days.

PropertyRecord.com appears to scam people into paying $1.00 for a property record search and then signing them up for an unrequested monthly subscription.
