I searched how to get help with a connected my printer to my laptop and i pressed the first link i saw where they connected me with a technician. he was taking forever to make responses and took over my laptop by downloading a file from www.helpviewer.net

he then didn't solve my problem and told me to fix my laptop it would cost 100$ so i said no and then he claimed to disconnect. This has just happened and i shut off my laptop and I'm not sure what information he has but so far no money has been taken.
