I received what appears to be the same letter, for Travel Exhibit 2024, on July 3, 2024. My claim number assigned is Awards #3185163. Interestingly, they don't tell you where this "Travel Exhibit 2024" is supposed to take place. I did not respond to the solicitation so have not lost anything.

You asked for my name and location in this report. I answered, but I do not want my personal information made public.
