Called twice and left 2 different voicemails. 1st said I have 4 fraudulent charges and the 2nd said I have3 fraudulent charges against. me and I that I needed to call the petitioners office and reference a case number . Then at then end of the message it says that I was legally notified. You cannot legally notify via voicemail. They have to be in person and with a witness.

Person stated i owed money, and i needed to make 4 payments of 275 for 4 months, if i didnt it would result in immediate court appearance

I got a voicemail from a "Tracy Wilson" manager at TC or GC Legal informing me of a court date on March 14th. If I miss my court date they will issue a warrant for my arrest. Then when I called back she identified as Tracy but then when I asked for her name later she identified as "Megan Love" to which I said I though your name was Tracy Wilson and her response was "no, thats my manager".
