I was trying to change my credit card .for spectrum payments.and they said they were spectrum and then tried to change me to DirecTV.They paid my spectrum bill and changed my credit card.But charged me another 172.94 to a T a solutions which was never mentioned to me and trying to get and answer from Max is like pulling teeth All says is the same thing over and over.He will not tell me what TA solutions is or why I was charged for it.I have been trying to resolve this with them for 3days and not getting anywhere with them.I have tried call it New York office and it goes to voice mail I have left at least 4 voice mails but have not heard back from them .Any help from you would be helpful.I don't know how to go about reports to the website
