recieved a post card with FINAL NOTICE in big bold black lettering with my name and address on it stating that I had unclaimed reward offers worth up to $500 at their main processing center. It stated that I needed to call them at a toll free phone number and had a claim number on it. it declared that the reward amount was good at Walmart and Target. and at the bottom of the post card it said I could call mon-sat from 9am to 10pm... I immediately looked up news of the scam as I have been targeted by scam letters before and did not call the phone number.

No company name or address no directory when you call the number after business hours it provides a claim number as well. I want to know how they got my home address, I just moved here. How do these people pick who they want to scam in the first place. What are they seeing, what attracts them? How can I stop future attempts through mail and email?.

I only gave my full name & address. I've been dealing with Walmart for at least a year about damage to vehicle during tires install. I thought it had to do with them offering a settlement of $500.00.

The man would not let me speak after he got my full name and address. I finally hung up on him.

I kept asking him the name of his company or why I had these particular offers but he wouldn't tell me, he just kept talking telling me he was going to help me get the $250.00 gift card and then "we'd" talk about... then he said I had a $400.00 cash back reward he was going to tell me. I kept trying to ask "WHY" I was sent this "Unclaimed Reward" but he wouldn't answer me. So total of $650.00.

I googled the phone number and found it associated with https://marketplace.crowdstrike.com/listings/bitglass-total-cloud-security-platf...⇄ "bitglass total crowd security platform". but if you go to bitglass.com, you get a different website entirely.
