Got a letter in the mail from MD Certificate Service with a phone number of ###-###-#### with a form and a stub to be sent in for a Certificate of status request form for a new business i started and i paid them the first time and they sent a letter two months latter asking for another payment in the exact same way. When i called i was on hold for hours and nobody ever pick up. when i started googling info on this i seen a bunch of pages saying these are scam and i wanted to see if y'all could verify that this is actually a scam and if so i wanted to make sure i report it so that i could hopefully be stopped.
