Mailing said we would get two round trip vouchers on American United or Southwest airlines good for couples and valid in continental US from international airports. Plus 2 nites at over 1,000 Marriott Hilton or Hyatt hotels (option to extend). Retail value $1,180. Plus $100 dining voucher good at over 45,000 restaurants. Signed Carla Taylor

Tickets cost $298 to use through a reservation company. Can only use "Departures and Checkin will take place on Sunday, Monday or Tuesday" and can't use on major holidays. ALso a $50 activation fee. Also hotel is "an economy level of accommodations (Days Inn, Super 8 or similar) but you can upgrade at YOUR OWN EXPENSE. Not at the Marriott level!!

Dining vouchers are $25 per mo. through Restaurant.com. ANYONE can buy vouchers cheap on this site and there are almost NO GOOD restarants on there that accept the vouchers. Truly a scam. GLad we didn't buy anything.

I received the exact same mailing, same exact verbage, except, signed by a Carla Taylor and the event is to be held at Hilton Garden Inn (no address provided). I received a promo code of MBM12.

The scammer was offering a 2024 Travel and excursion event valued at $1180.00. If one called the # provided by the scammer within 24 hours a $100.00 dining voucher was to be given which would be good at over 45,000 restaurants. By attending a meeting to discuss " cost effective ways to enjoy future vacations. one would recive 2 complimentary round trip airline vouchers good for travel within the continental united States. In addition one was to receive a 2 nights stay at one of over 1,000 Marriot, Hilton, or Hyatt hotels.

I got a letter in the mail- using my old married name from my second marriage- inviting me to attend an informative travel showcase educating the public on cost effective ways to enjoy future vacations. In return I would receive two round trip airline vouchers and two nights at a Marriott, Hilton, or Hyatt hotel. The retail value of this award is stated to be 1180 dollars.
