Purchased a used vehicle last December 2024 from Gettel Hyundai Sarasota FL. I received this 31st January a mail with one postage stamp on a white envelope with pre-printed address on the back flap of the envelope. The letter has a QR code to scan to make a call instead of website. Computer-printed signed by Paul Friedrick, Program Coordinator National Vehicle Headquarters.

I received notice via mail stating that.I needed to present my vin numbers well as mileage on my car by january twenty eighth twenty twenty five or else I would lose out on the opportunity for factory warranty coverage
