I ordered flowers for my granddaughter on February 20th 2025 and after paying for them I received an email saying they couldn’t deliver this and I would receive a full refund within 5-10 business days. I have not received a refund and I have called them four times and they keep telling me it will be returned by the end of the week and this time I called he told me it would be back in there within three days then he told me he could cancel this refund if I kept asking about it to make sure it would be refunded cause that’s what they have told me each time I call and still haven’t received it.
