“FINAL NOTICE” correspondence from 1(800) 413-8902 urging me to contact the number provided or the $195 waiver will be revoked. No reason provided as to what the waiver is for. Instructions say to call 8004138902 during business hours of M-Fri 9am to 5pm CST

Received a suspicious letter about my property from an unknown company.

The letter from 1(800) 413-8902 says: This letter is to inform you about an important matter regarding the property at ******* secured by your current lender. We reserve the right to revoke allocated waiver after 7 days of receiving this notice. The check amount was for $195.00 signed by William H. Keating.

A letter in the mail with a fake check stating a waiver for 195 dollars. signed by a William H Keating. there is no identifying information on the letter as far as name or organization other than that. the letter requests immediate response to a number (18004138902) the postage is marked from a zipcode in california,95813, which is a PO box zipcode only. lietter has red and green type and fake check security features.
