They called on my landline phone and used the exact Mastercard phone no. on the back of the card. On June 7th this year my card was used fraudently at an Ikea store in Burlington Ontario for $254.25. I live in Windsor Ontario and my bank said my Mastercard was compromised and they sent me another card. Then they phoned here in Windsor a few days ago and today 4 times. They tried to pretend they were Mastercard and needed to confirm my Mastercard no. and they said there was fraud committed on my card and I would have to open a Google account on Chrome,it was the only way they said. I do not answer this phone no. anymore and Mastercard said they would never call anyone,and are sending me another card. The Bank called it spoofing,they are tricking people by using Mastercard's phone no.
