I was purchasing a puppy. The price quoted was 215.00 for purchase and delivery to my door. So I sent the 215.00.then they said they needed 100.00 for the vet fee. I said no and to refund my money. They then said that they paid the vet fee and continued the process. I sad ok. They sent me a message saying they had taken the pup to Per Logistics. I get a message from them saying that they needed 250.00, 500.00 or 1000.00 for a crate to safely send the puppy. Again I said no cancel everything and refund my money. They said this fee was fully refundable. At the successful delivery of my pet I received another messages asking if I was ready to make the parent to receive my pet. I paid 250.00. Next they said they needed 500.00 for insurance for safe delivery. I said no and to refund my money and send the dog back. I contacted the breeder and told them what was going on. He offered to pay 200.00 if I would pay 300.00. I said no I wanted the situation to stop and to give me a full refund. Then the transporter sent me a message asking if I was ready to send the money necessary to have my pet delivered. I have not and will not send any more money for this. I feel like the puppy is being held for ransoms.
