Book flight from Calgary YYC - to Victoria B.C YYJ Booking Date Oct 25/24 return Oct 28/24 ( flight # 87545461). Agreed to pay $103.35 extra to change flight From Oct 24th to Oct 25th. CheapoAir was to refund me $30.45 . When I later looked at my account there was a second charge of $290.77 which overdrew my account.

I was charged twice $290.77 for the cost of this flight and CheapoAir will not return the double charge to my account immediately. This second charge has overdrawn my account and has left me with no money.

I have made 3 three phone calls to CheapoAir @ 1 437-370-4570 to have the problem resolved and each time receive no answers. I cannot wait for 2 weeks for the funds to be returned. as I AM A SENIOR OF 75 YEARS. They have taken advantage of me and with no guarantee of repayment.
