Hello, I am DAVID MCKAY the Online Claiming Agent for Julie Leach, The Michigan Powerball winner of $310.5 Million Jackpot, Was the person that handles the transaction after Julie was done. At first Julie is on Lemon8 and I saw Julie won large lottery and was going to share it. Prize 500K. 80% to me and 20% to charity. And for some reason I said yes. Asked for name address phone #. Than a man came on the above man. David McKay. He wanted a video of me and my email address. I told him I just have everything I was going to give to Julie. He said “ Madam Julie is not close by” I said well guess you have to go to the next winner. He continues to harass me because guess he knew he had a stupid old woman on the phone. I finally just left the conversation told him Good Luck. He was very angry he wanted to talk
