The letter looked official and it was clear I was directed to call a Claims Manager. Two phone numbers were given and a Security Code was given, PCH-V053-WIN. No Manager name was given and no deadline to call was given. There is a 2l.5 million check made out to me with my correct address shown. I was instructed not to deposit the check until I called the Claims Manager.
