Ordered weight loss product from a Facebook ad after surgery, doctor warned against it.

I had open heart surgery end of last year, a double by-pass. My doctor wants me to lose at least 50 lbs. This seemed like an easier way to go, so I bought some on my discover card from 1(305) 204-1369. Reviewed with my doctor, who did not recommend me using this product as there is no real information out there on side effects. So I was scammed to say the least. I was on Facebook and it just came up on the screen. I am sending you all the information they sent with the shipment. They don't respond to emails, phone number on there has a recording stating the phone number is someone else, not related to the scam. I feel like an [censored]! Need to get my $294 back if at all possible.
