Never received order from Zorkx.com
When I contacted customer service, they told me the package had been delivered, but they could not provide any proof of delivery, such as a delivery photo or other documentation showing it was actually delivered to my address. Instead of helping resolve the issue, they simply told me to contact the shipping carrier and offered no assistance.
As the retailer, I expected them to help investigate the missing package or work toward a resolution. Instead, I was left to deal with the problem on my own after paying for products I never received.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend doing business with this company. If something goes wrong with your order, don't expect them to provide meaningful customer support or help ensure you receive the products you paid for.
