Dear AliExpress, I am writing to respond to the false accusation made toward me by (Zholi Men’s Shoe Store). (Zholi Men’s Shoe Store) stated that I (received delivery of shoes from them on 06/22/2024). However, I did nothing of the kind. The alleged accusations made against me are incorrect. I did not do such a thing, because (I put in my order that the shoes would not be delivered to my apartment. We don’t have secure lock boxes in the building). I have included {documents/evidence) verifying my innocence ( Zholi Men’s Shoe Store who I have been corresponding with). I am asking that the accusations be cleared and removed from my records and that I am due a refund. As you can see the accuser (Zholi Men’s Shoe Store) has been sending me harassing emails. From the initial process of the order on May 15, 2024, until June 22, 2024, is how long it took for them to process and send the order which I didn’t receive.
