I have been receiving claims that Youngman's Equipments is charging United Healthcare claims ranging from $5,000 up to close to $7,000. They have my name and a Patient ID. I contacted United Healthcare and told them about these claims, I do not have United Healthcare any longer due to them not offering it this year. I was told they would annotate it. I did receive a letter from Lumexa that an unauthorized individual gained access viewed and obtained my information, thus all these claims that have suddenly appeared. I do not know if anyone else is having this issue.

I received a letter in the mail from my former health insurance company United healthcare. They stated that I had incurred a bill of $10,179 for medical supplies that I did not order. These supplies were from Youngmans Equipments. The supplies were ordered on January 28, 2026, February 27, 2026, and March 30, 2026. I have not been with United healthcare since December 2025. The items were intermittent urinary catheters for over $3000 apiece. I have never required the use of intermittent catheters. United Healthcare contacted me via USPS because they denied the company’s claim because I was not enrolled in United healthcare since December 2025. Thankfully, this company did not receive the money from United healthcare.
