Youngmans Equipment continues to file fraudulent monthly Medicare claims to my expired insurance company for services I have never received from them. This started in 2026. I only became aware of fraudulently filed medical claims in May, 2026. I have contacted this expired insurance company, filed a fraud report with them. As of Aug.19, no update from them. Youngmans continues to file more fraudulent claims the first week of every month.

Received a EOB from United Healthcare saying Youngmans Equipments for medical supplies. I have not had United Healthcare for over 6 years and was through my former employer.

Youngmans Equipments LLC filed a claim for $10,360.80 with our insurance provider Aetna. It was denied because Youngman Equipments LLC didn't include company info & could not be located. The claim was for the exact same supplies that we have been receiving from another company for the last 2+ years at a cost of less than $400 per month.
