Purchased a bundle on Christmas 2025. Reached out to their support email multiple times, including different support emails since they have many different ones. None reached back. Order was supposed to take max of 12 weeks I think. On his Instagram he constantly promises to ship but nobody has received anything. Other people have complained about waiting for their orders for years.
