WHAT IS THIS JOKE? RECEIVED ONE STEM OF ARTIFICIAL PETUNIA. IN A SMALL NARROW BOX..... CORRECT COLOR, BUT ONLY ONE STEM NOT A HANGING BASKET FULL OF PETUNIAS!!!!! REFUND MY MONEY OR SEND THE HANGING BASKET ASP... I PROMISE TO REPORT YOUR COMPANY IF YOU DO NOT COMPLY. I WILL STOP PAYMENT ON MY CARD ALSO. PICS FOR PROOF! UPDATE... TODAY VIA EMAIL THEY OFFERED ME $3 BACK. SAID THE HANGING BASKET WAS ONLY SHOWN TO SHOW HOW THEY CAN LOOK. ONE STEM OF A PLASTIC FLOWER COSTS $22.89 (INCLUDING SHIPPING?) SO DISGUSTED I FELL FOR THIS !

I was shown a product of big beautiful fake flower hanging petunias. What arrived was a tiny sprig of a fake ugly flower, not at all what was advertised.

They show a video of beautiful and full flowers in a hanging basket coming out of a big box but what you receive is a small bunch of flowers with stems. Maybe a dozen, no basket or anything, just shoved in a small long box.

I ordered 2 hanging flower baskets. The website showed a big flower basket coming from a big box. When my order arrived, it was 2 tiny flower sprigs, no basket. Asked for a refund, but was told it would cost me more to send back than what I paid for the flowers. The website claims 100% satisfaction. Well, obviously not satisfied.
