I ordered a dash cam from Ycassist.com that I found online, through a youtube commercial link. I paid through Paypal, as this wasn't a site I had ever ordered from before. I don't have any record of the actual site that I placed the order through, I can't find it again. I never received an order confirmation email with an order number or any other details. I emailed the email listed on paypal asking for order and tracking information, and I never received a response. I opened a case with paypal for a refund as I never received the product. They provided Paypal with a bogus tracking number from China, but no USPS tracking number. Therefore I can't open a claim with USPS for non delivery and no recourse to get a refund as no one from that company has ever responded or communicated with me directly.
