Online Retailer Scam

The website to request a yard sign is very confusing and has glitches. So, when the person from the company texted me, I sent him a picture of what I wanted my sign to look like. What I received was a dirty much smaller sign that was much smaller than what I am accustomed to ordering in Cypress, Texas where we moved from. It was the day of graduation, so I did not have time to contact the vendor. The very next morning I contacted him and told him the sign was dirty, raggedy and not at all what I had ordered. It definitely was not worth $150. The balloons on the card were all white and could not be seen on the picture. He said he was saving me money with a custom sign. I told him I did not ask him to save me any money and asked to speak to the owner. He only sent my an email address to complain to [email protected] and said he does not have the owner's name or telephone number. I sent a complaint to the email provided and have not heard from anyone. I believe this website is a clone and a scam. I have the complete text message trail between myself and the person who put the card in my yard. I also have several pictures that show tape all over the signs and red stains all over the card.
