The person posted a puppy on Home to Home pet website, which is only for free pets - no fees are allowed. The person asked for my email, which Home to Home tells you not to provide, but I did. I received an email with many of photographs of a darling puppy and a long story about the fact that she was free, but that she was in California (I'm in Washington). They said they would be happy to ship her for $250.
