Type of a scam Online Purchase

Purchased a toy on their website since it was a good deal, everything seemed legit. Until i submitted the order and never received an order confirmation, but was charged on my CC. Once i dug into their social media they it appeared that they were creating fake Facebook account and adding fake reviews. Someone had noticed that the profiles were fake and called out all of the reviews with SCAM. When i called the number, it never went through and i never heard from them via email or chat. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! SCAM SCAM SCAM!
