I purchased a watch and liked it. It was discontinued but available on Walmart. I purchased through Walmart and the watch was defective. I thought I'd go directly to the website which only had newer versions for 200$ each. I was fine with that because I liked the watch. I ordered 1 and 2 came along with double charge. I have been unable to return the 1 so I tried to return both. The website for return puts out an error and support will not speak to me through email. They tell me to go through the website. Also, the company had me read a transcript with my ID on video for security. Now I'm afraid they have that information as well.
