Report

An email was circulated on a neighborhood listserve advertising discounted dryer vent service on a certain day if enough neighbors signed up. It turns out it's a known scam technique. Someone came and did remove some dryer lint, but vastly overcharged for the service. On investigation the website is entirely fake and AI created and the address location is a dumpster in a strip mall in the suburbs.
