I purchased a mattress topper and paid in full. I received it and it was NOTHING like what they advertised. I can’t get a response from anyone for a refund.

The product comes with a money back guarantee, "no questions asked". The product was unsatisfactory so I initiated a return. The return location is in Australia, the country of origin is China. The cost of returning the item exceeds the cost of the item. The scam is the misrepresentation of the product and the misrepresentation of the company. Consumer protection seems useless if this sort of advertising is allowed to go on unchecked. I understand my responsibility for not digging deeper before purchasing. But I also think that these sort of sales techniques should be exposed and or penalized.
