I received a letter supposedly from Wells Fargo, telling me my home's policy (with my full address shown) may be expiring or may already have expired. The letter included technical-ish language stating "there are two (2) service advisories in your area (sec. code 33.1a & 35.2c), and that I had not contacted them to get my policy up to date.

This looked to me like a clear phishing attempt, so I did an Internet search using the phone number I was told to call (1-877-913-1764), and another search using the name of the individual who supposedly had signed the letter (Robert L. Kensington, Program Director). BOTH searches took me directly to ScamPulse.com Scam report pages, confirming my sense this was a scam attempt. After I post this report I will discard the letter.
