I got scammed again both times buying a scooter how can these people get away with it I'm on a pension and I care for my wife who has trouble walking I'm disgusted to say the least.

I ordered a foldable, lightweight scooter. Total cost &59.00. I really need this scooter in order to move around freely outside my home. I do not understand why people/a company, etc find pleasure in scamming people who obviously need this type of assistance. I certainly hope this company can be shut down.

On November 17th, 2023. I was scrolling through my email when a pop up advertisement, came up in the form of a video consisting of a lightweight scooter/wheelchair with a rider traveling around to different locations. It showed after riding the scooter to the destination intended, the rider could use a hand held remote to make the scooter colaspe and transform into a rolling suitcase. This was done for easy loading into a vehicle. The ad stated that any order over $50 would include free shipping. Delivery would be made within 24 hours of payment received in full. The ad also guaranteed 100% refund in 60 days if not satisfied. I was so excited by what I was seeing, I immediately put in an order for 2 colaspable scooters. Then i showed the add to some of my senior disabled, friends. They bacame excited as well, and gave me money to order them one too. Once, I collected the money from them, I put in the a 2nd order consisting of a solid scooter and colapsible scooters combined. My 1st order was 2 scooters totaling $82.38. My email receipt from Welldik showed my order number consisting of #1352-8489 it also stated that the full $82.38 was received and paid in full. I also got a another email from Welldik showing me the 2nd order was received for the other scooters I ordered. The order #1202-4030 totaling $102.97 was received and paid in full. I havent heard anything from Welldik. It wasn't until I read the reviews that I realized I've been scammed. Sincerely a ripped off scammed senior citizen. Teresa Moore
