I have a charge of $53.19 taken out of my bank account on November 22, 2023 by this company I don’t know who they are and I never received anything. How do I get my money back

I ordered an electric scooter from an add on Facebook I paid for the item which was suppose to be$56.19 with my credit card but the amount they charged my credit car was $58.98 I never received the item and when I tried to go to there website my browser could not find it and when I tried to go to the Company Welldik listed on my credit card charge it brought me to your website

I ordered a scooter from an add they hand on Facebook on Nov 23,2023 and I never received the item and I never heard from them again when I tried to get ahold of them through there web address my browser could not find the web address when I tried to get ahold of the company that was listed on my credit card it brought me to your website

I bought a motor scooter which I thought would help me get around better. Walking has been difficult and thought this would help assert my independence. It was $53.11 and I ordered it on Dec 9, 2023. I never received it. I had read online after the fact, that this company was scamming people, so I told my credit card company it was fraud. They came back and said this company gave them proof it was delivered. I don't know how as it never was. Be careful. Never buy from this so called company. If the price seems too good to be true, it's usually a scam. Lesson learned.

I ordered a scooter on 12/23/2023 for $53.11 through my PayPal account.

I never received confirmation via email or phone about this product.

I made a dispute with PayPal and the company apparently sent a tracking number to them. I never received a anything from this company. No emails, phone call or product. This guy needs to be arrested.

ordered a scooter 12/24/2023. Item has not been delivered. I have not been able to establish any type of communication with the company. Total of the purchase was $53.19. I knew the price sounded too good to be true, but i was lured in by the companys use of the Walmart logo.

Ordered a small scooter for myself. I am not able to walk much until my surgery. It never arrived. It shows it was delivered, but when asked what carrier they couldn't answer. They finally sent me an email and said it was a delivery issue and they could refund me 55% of what I paid. I emailed them back and said it wasn't my fault that it wasn't delivered , it was there's. I expected to receive my refund. However they are avoiding any contact. So sad.

ads for guitar on fb. electronic guitar.....so i ordered it stayed in touch through email....i was notified through app shop on 1/11/23 at 0215am that it was delivered on 1/11/24 at 1056? am or pm, either way how the hell do you send confirmation of delivery 9 hrs prior that its being delivered. ive been in contact with through the email [email protected]. still being told they are looking into it
