I ordered a jacket from Weldnewyork for a gift for a friend. When the package came in it was in a plastic bag, no tags and no paperwork. I have been trying to return the item for it did not fit my friend, but this company is telling me that they cannot find my order. 9-3-26 they charged my debit card in the amount of $41.99, but they still say they cannot find the order. There have been several emails back and forth to this company and I have had several different people respond never the same person. This morning I was offered by a Andrew a replacement but I would have to pay an additional $11.50 for delivery to me. I told him I want to return the item for a refund to give me the return address so that I can return it. But to no avail. I have attached my emails to Weldnewyork and their responses. I just want to return this item and never deal with this company again
