I ordered from this “company” thru TikTok shop for 8 pack of shorts. After a month of waiting it said delivered to mailbox but it was not. I contacted for a refund and given the spill i could reorder for $15 more dollars. I asked for a refund and they said $15 for shipping and handling could not be refunded.

Ordered shorts. Received email shipment processing. Went to Hong Kong then thru ports. Sent numerous emails to co they stayed to follow tracking. Finally approximately 30 days later said package was delivered but I never received it. Sent another email was told logistic co denied claim. Co would deduct $15.00 from original order and reship and would take another 30 days to receive. On original order it stated it was free shipping. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. SCAM. Still working on refund
