Scammed by fake dispensary WeedSupplierShop.com after Zelle payment

I was scammed 1/12/23. I was having pain due to ehlers danlos syndrome & wanted to order from a recreational dispensary (I'm 22). I found “Starbuds Recreational Cannabis Delivery Tucson” on google maps. The address was at **** * **** *** *****. It had 8 reviews & a 4-star rating, making me think it was legitimate. Their website directed to https://weedsuppliershop.com/ (WeedSupplierShop.com). Payments had to be placed through Zelle, Apple pay, or Cash App. I had to text 913-608-9534 to continue the payment process. My order#: **** & was a total of 290.00. The delivery est. was 1-2 hours. At 4:30, my order was confirmed & I got the Zelle info: [email protected] (Darius Swennie). I paid & sent a screenshot for verification.

I asked for a receipt which I wouldn't get until the delivery. This concerned me as I had no way of knowing I would receive the product. I started researching(which I should’ve done beforehand). Their address on Streetview (**** * **** **.) was a *********. (I went & confirmed it's a *********). I realized I was never ID’d. At 5:30 pm I asked for a refund, they agreed. I asked when I could expect it. I was told, “If you’re not patient, we’re not giving you a refund”. He started to say I didn’t pay & to send proof (I had paid & sent proof of my zelle to Darius). He said it wasn't okay because it was pending & so I hadn’t sent it. I later found info that the money was delivered in minutes. At this point he was calling me stupid, a dumb woman, an [censored], etc. I found a different view of the zelle that showed it as delivered. He said he'd look into it/was all he needed. At 6:45 he said “an hour, text me in an hour, and be nice” I said at 6:45 “I expect it at 7:45 pm Jan 12th 2023 MST” to confirm a refund. He replied, “That’s my girl”. I didn't like that, & he replied, “We could hang out sometime. If you’re under 16, I’m 49 by the way”. I was uncomfortable & redirected the conversation. I waited until 7:51, I texted him to pay, never got a response.
